Located in the Lynbrook business center on Atlantic Ave. are a wide range of retail shops and restaurants like Angelina's, Miller's Hardware and Card Shack, but there are also a couple of vacancies.
Located in between Unicorn Jewels and Minuteman Press is this vacancy for rent. Located at 27 Atlantic Ave., this used to be the gift shop, Noel's Garden Cottage.
The space is up for lease and the total space available is 2,192 square feet. The rental rate is $20 a square foot per year, or $43,840 a year and $3,653 a month, according to LoopNet. Interested parties should call 917-327-6828.

The space is too small for a supermarket.... the Lynbrook Irish Shop would love to move there but the rent is way too high!

With the closing of Waldbaum's in Rockville Center, a supermarket isn't a half-bad idea. Suggestions on location? How do you handle the traffic/parking issues? What would the impact (positive or negative) on our local merchants?
